Our season is here: Golden Specials

The innovative Grupo Anderson’s has prepared a surprise for its guests, it is called “Golden Specials”, which is an event carried out every year in the fine dining line of restaurants, including Nicoletta, Harry’s, Ilios Fred’s and BAK´.

From Monday, August 15th to Sunday, September 30th you can find some of the finest creations made by our chefs which includes the famous 24K gold leaf.

BAK´ offers two main dishes to its guests this season, a dessert and three unique drinks. We will tell you a little more about each one:

One of our main dishes is the Black Risotto, with arborio rice, grilled octopus, squid ink, hondashi bottom and vegetables decorated with gold leaves. 

The second main dish is the Golden Rack, which is baked with apple puree, topped with a salad of fresh mandarins, gold leaf and prune sauce.
For dessert we present our special Peach Pie infused with rum and cinnamon, topped with vanilla ice cream, gold dust and gold leaf.

A lot of expectations are placed on our mixology and let me tell you, we won’t disappoint you. This year we presented three drinks: The 24K Gin which is a combination of Tanqueray® Ten, fresh ingredients and gold flakes. The Gold Fashioned, which is JW Gold Label® with chocolate bitters and gold dust and The Legacy which is made with Zacapa 23®, Aperol®, pineapple, lime, mint and gold flakes.
