BELOW ZERO: BAK’s Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream

BAK´is an innovative restaurant that seeks to distinguish itself for its unparalleled service and quality, which has made it one of the best restaurants in Tulum in the eyes of its guests.

Sharing a good dessert in a paradisiacal destination, at one of the most exclusive restaurants in the Riviera Maya is a pleasure. An extra luxury is that the dessert is made with high quality ingredients and with an impressive preparation that will take your experience to the next level.

That’s why we present one of our guests’ favorite desserts: Below Zero Ice Cream. It consists of homemade ice cream based on liquid nitrogen and a secret ingredient from which you can choose some of the flavors of your preference, you could choose from Baileys, Kahlua, Sambuca, Licor 43, Amaretto, Xtabentun, Whisky or Ron Zacapa, among others.

Below Zero stands out for the preparation that involves mixing nitrogen at temperatures that reach approximately -328°F with the ice cream, resulting in small crystallizations, creating in a matter of minutes a creamy dessert that is the perfect way to finish a nice meal.

This delicious creation can be appreciated from your table since it is made in front of the guest, so you can appreciate the creation step by step. At the end you can choose from a wide selection of toppings:  from Oreo, cookie dust, dark chocolate shavings, mini M&M’s, white chocolate shavings, among others.

Make a reservation at Bak Steakhouse & Raw Bar and don’t miss the opportunity to try the Below Zero or any of our special desserts. Follow us on our social networks to learn more about this great concept and get to know the best restaurant in Tulum.
